The Utility Shed delivers generous interior space with standard 8′ walls for plenty of headroom. Models 8′ wide include a single shop-built door, while 10′ and wider options feature double doors for easier access to larger items.
For added storage, a Lofted Utility design is also available. Exterior finishes come in Treated, Painted, Metal, Z-Metal, or Urethane—each offering lasting durability and a look that fits seamlessly into any setting.

Standard Features
8′ wide models come with a 48″ shop-built door for easy access.
10′ and wider models feature double 72″ shop-built doors for larger storage needs.
The exterior wall height stands at 8 feet, providing ample vertical space.
All treated lumber is backed by a Lifetime warranty, ensuring protection against fungal rot and decay.
10′ and wider models are equipped with 2×6 floor joists, while 8′ wide and horizontal metal models use 2×4 floor joists.
8′ and 10′ wide models are built on two pressure-treated, notched skids, while 12′ and wider models rest on four pressure-treated, notched skids.
Sturdy 16″ on-center studs with a double top plate for enhanced structural support.
Durable 5/8″ tongue and groove flooring, treated to resist moisture and ensure long-lasting performance.
